Scott D. Santos, Orlando Attorney

Scott D. Santos earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at State University of New York at New Paltz in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from St. Johns University in 1987. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York in 1990, The Florida State Bar in 1997, and the US District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1998.

Mr. Santos began his legal career as a Bronx Assistant District Attorney. After working there for six years, he worked for four insurance defense firms before becoming a full time plaintiffs' attorney.

Mr. Santos has had extensive trial experience over the last 23 years and prepares each case he handles as if it is going to trial. He has been dedicated solely to protecting the rights of injured persons for the last 10 years. Mr. Santos also handles civil rights cases involving police misconduct if serious injury or death results.

Scott D. Santos is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Florida Justice Association.
